I purchased a dress for 41.00. The dress did not fit. I was trying to send it back, and they started to ask if I would accept 30% off and kept the dress that doesn't fit. I said NO, they asked if I would accept 50% off the dress and keep the dress. I said no, but I finally agreed to the 50%. I did receive a credit on my charge card for the 50% off. They also charged $1.52 for a foreign transaction fee. The address to mail it back was here in the United States to an empty lot. The address to send it back is Consignee: UGDPBZ 01R
