Website Noir Calgary supposed to be storefront closing , complete with story of retiring owners. Pictures of goods impressive, however clothing is cheap and are not as advertised. A coat ordered had no fibre content Cleaning instructions nor country of origin. After 15 + emails to return goods I was finally given a Chinese address and delivery company to use. The cost of returning items would cost more than cost of goods. When asked for a Canadian return address the person offered that no Canadian address which was not on the website.

They offered me 50% on future purchases which I don’t want the first items? They are not Canadian ; not providing quality clothing nor are you able to return purchases which is stated on website. Scam
