Before last Christmas, I ordered a sweater which was advertised as being knitted by an elderly woman (picture on the website). When I received it, it was machine knitted; I mainly ordered it because I liked the handknitted look on the web site, so I was very disappointed when it arrived. I paid $59 for the sweater & was told I could get $5 off what I paid. I asked for their return policy & it said I had to send it to China! Just out of curiosity, I went to the Post Office & was told it would cost $62 to ship to China! I complained to Noemi Rose Boutique & was told they would return $15 for my troubles, but I never received any money and the correspondence & return policy I received is not available anymore. I also cannot access the company website anymore & therefore do not have all the info. I am assuming the company got too many complaints & took their info offline, which is good, but I felt that I wanted to report it anyway. Thank you, Ruth
