BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I placed an order for a carry-on for a Christmas gift. Added a second check-in suit case by accident. Within two minutes emailed them to cancel and DO NOT SHIP the check-in bag. Of course, they shipped the check-in as well!!! The carry-on is of poor quality. I have been trying to get return labels and my money back for both for over 3 weeks. No phone number to contact them. Just emails to AI bots making you go crazy. The company operates under NYSONIAN INC!

Scam!! Order 110136. Paid $382. Never shipped

SCAM! Paid $382 3/24/2025. Email confirmation. Sent multiple support emails. No contact whatsoever. Filed dispute fraud charge with Chase. As of today, no contact from Nobl of any nature. Total SCAM!

Carry-on case ordered but not received. Scam?

On June 3rd I ordered a carry-on suitcase and paid $255 for it.
I got a confirmation email that the order was confirmed the same day.
No tracking information was shared with me.

I have sent them several emails asking about the shipment but no response whatsoever.

I will dispute the transaction, but I am not very hopeful.

Nobl travel seemed legit but IS NOT

Ordered two carry on luggages May 22, to get in time for my trip on may 30. One carry on was delivered. So not sure why they’re being so sketchy but Then I emailed about the second piece & they responded saying it was back ordered but would be back in stock in 1-3 days. Then when I followed up I got an email about it being picked up already but no carrier details were uploaded as of yet. Which is strange in itself because most merchants (like themselves since the first luggage was assigned a tracking before it shipped) will automatically send tracking info the moment a shipping label is produced for a package. Well they said to wait 1-3 for tracking details to update and that’s been over 11 days ago and since then I’ve contacted them over social media and emailed over a dozen times at least and in those times I got one response that was the same response as the first. First response was Nicole and now it’s Dave but since Dave who sent me the exact same email that Nicole sent about tracking details not uploading- I’ve been ghosted…they legit said in their shipping policies that they will send replacements no questions asked but I have not gotten any replacements or responses since then! Be ware!

Hi. Any update on this? They gave us the exact responses and email. I ordered from them too only to find out Amazon sells the same exact all in one suitcase for a much cheaper price and still waiting for the check in aluminum suitcase.

I’ve seen ads on this luggage on my instagram (@nobltravel) and purchased luggage may 27th, since then I have continuously followed up asking for shipment details. First the luggage was back ordered and now they are shipping and following up with courier yet still no shipment. It seems like a scam since still no product has been received and no tracking information or product received.
