I ordered CBD Gummies from the company. I was not happy with the product and called to make a return for a refund. I was given a RMA number and returned the goods. I tracked the return and when I knew they had been received at the factory I called and asked about my refund. They advised that I would receive my refund in 7 to 10 day, which did not happen. I have been calling every week since Feb. and they tell me I will have it in 7 to 10 days. As of today, March 27,2023 I have not received any refund for the returned material. Their call center is in South East Asia and just keep reading me the same script. When I asked for the name of the CEO and CFO I got nowhere. They could not even give me a true physical address to contact the corp office. So at this time they have stolen $150.00 dollars from me and misrepresented their business.
