Did not receive the package. The carrier’s own photo shows the package left on a public sidewalk in the snow on a holiday at the entrance to a multi-unit condominium, not delivered to my home, door, or any secure location. There was no signature and no proof of delivery to me. Merchant refuses to mark package lost/stolen and issue a credit. Several emails back and forth where they state delivery was made and refuse to issue credit. Dispute wh credit card company in process.
