No Company Name Provided Reports & Reviews (229)

I'm afraid my 18 year old daughter was scammed by a supposed real estate company. Renting houses in Cleveland, OH. She got suckered into sending money before receiving keys or meeting the guy. I'm worried because they have her Social Security number. She does not have the name of the company. She initially found this on Craig's list. A man was renting a house. She went to the house. He gave her a code to enter the house to view the property. I checked the address online. When I called the Real Estate company they do not deal with this person. The real estate company wanted me to send her documentation. KRCH Realty. All the pictures of the house had this realtor. They don't deal with Zelle. The address of the property was 10721 Columbia Ave. Cleveland OH 44108. Glenville area. The mans name was Bobby Ray. My daughter does have an electronic signed contract. I think they only communicated through text and phone call 716-431-4403. She sent $1200 deposit for first and last months rent. The money was sent through a Zelle App. That is how he wanted the payment. We contacted the bank. We should receive a refund within six days. It is still posting. Ever since my daughter asked for the money back he won't take her calls.
