I receive calls several times a day for many weeks now. I don't usually answer, and they leave a voicemail in regards to a loan approval that I never applied for. i have answered a few times, and "hit 9" to be removed from their call list, as the pre-recorded instructions say to do. This has not worked. The last two times they've called, I answered, connected with a representative and sternly explained that I am on the do not call registry and have requested numerous times to be taken off the call list...the response from them is to hang up on me. But, the calls still have to stopped. This is interrupting my whole day since they are calling several times a day.
