I ordered a full length wool coat from Nivarena and what I received was a 3/4 length coat which looks nothing like the coat pictured on their website and very cheaply made. I requested return details and they offered me to keep the coat along with a 10% discount for a coat I paid $114 for. I declined their offer and again requested return details and received another offer of 20% and keep with the option of keeping the coat. This offer was declined as well and return instructions requested. A third and final offer was received offering a 34% discount with option of keeping the coat. I had to request the retun instruction several times before receiving because this company was trying to deter me from returning the item for a full refund. Also, found a handful of other complaints online for this company that were all similar to mine. I just want people to be aware of the bsd practives oh Nivarena.
