My was the same as this gentleman, basically. I had seen this diabetic information in several places and Ninici was offering it for half price. What I received was m other the laminated sheets of information I was expecting. After I called them because I hadn't received it yet, I was told that what I ordered was digital. This was done through chatting because when you call the number, you get placed on hold, with music, then it just hangs up! So the I found out that they didn't just charge me the $4.90, I had 2 debits on 7/08/2025 for $26.85 & 21..95. Then on July 10th the charged me $39.99 for a free trial I didn't ask for. I don't have any idea what the trial is for. I had to shut down my debit card and order a new one. There is no recourse since you can't reach a real person.
When I placed my order I thought I was ordering from Ninici. The reviews all said it was legit. When I received my product, it was from boutiqueradar.com. Their number is888-884-3185. You get put on hold and then it just hangs as up. I don't see how I could ever get my money or my piece of mind back. I am in my sixties and on disability. I really can't afford this kind of BS! Guess this is what I worked 45 years and retired for! I'm a scam target 🥹

I saw a book advertised Working the Roots on Instagram and Facebook. I also saw it advertised on a game. I thought the price was too good to be true but then I thought I'd try it. I ordered the book or so I thought and got a link for an ebook. I also was subscribed to a "free" trial which I never asked for. When I asked for a refund they said their policy on the website is no refunds and that it also says that everything is ebooks on their site. I said no you advertised an actual book. They still refused. When you click on the ad it just takes you to the so called book and never mentions that you won't get a book. I also asked to cancel the free trial. They said sure but still tried to charge me for it.
