Same thing happened to ME, i purchased the boneless couch online through my Facebook marketed scams i guess. I entered all my information and never received the package. I ordered it on November 17th and it is now Jan 14th and nothing, tracking number, that went to junk by the way because Norton called it a scam read it was delivered on Jan 07th, But i have no package. And there is no customer service number or chat feature and now the website we even purchased is no where to be found. Canceled my card and reported it stolen, that is bull
