I was notified by this company from the Indeed website and offered a job offer to Cargill for 12 months contract. They asked me for my level of education and I presented my Associate Degree. I received an email from them with the job offer.

Asked for my social and sensitive information over phone I said no so she had her boss call me and ask for social again, used minipulative tactics and website is not secure all seems very scam likely

I applied for a position on indeed for Cargill in Springdale Arkansas through Niktor. Niktor contacted me in which they had asked me for my DOB and explained that because of my drug screening was far away they're having issues hiring me (never heard of such a thing so that was a red flag to me.) They tried to request for my SSN for background check to which i felt uncomfortable at that point even though I was "200% guaranteed hired" so I told them there was no point if I was alreasy hired. I told them I would give them the information ir Cargill would contact me ASAP. I have yet to hear anything from either side.

Also before then when I had my "interview" for the job it was the same company and people (indian accent and very broken english.)

I had given them my DOB in the beginning but no SSN or anything other than my resume.
