There was an advertisement for a sale on Nightmare Toys. I ordered several clothing items, selected a shipping time of 3-6 business days and placed the order. The confirmation email and receipt I got were from a totally different website called Sekoid. I gave some extra time, but nothing was delivered so I reached out to check on the status. They also sent a tracking website (track718) which did not work at all. When Sekoid responded, they sent screenshots of where the package was according to the tracking website - link still did not work, image could easily have been faked. A few days later, I reached out again, same thing. I did some research and it appears that Sekoid has posed as other legitimate sites (Nightmare Toys and Terror Threads are two that popped up quickly) so I confronted them about this. They denied it, and offered me a discount. I did not take it and asked for a refund, which I did not receive. After over 30 days, they suddenly try to tell me that my package has been delivered, so the best they can do is to give me a 50% refund.
