After I ordered the product I was told it was a special item and it would take more time to be shipped. This information was not communicated while ordering online. I was mislead. I asked for a refund but they would not do so until i receive the item. I may never receive this item as the shipping and mailing date keeps moving into the future.

I placed an order with this company 12/27/16 with my order totalling $92.97. I received 2 emails in regards to same. The next day I noticed a withdrawal from a company with the name of HONGYE CO., LTD BEIJING CN in the amount of $101.97 which is more than the receipt. I went to the website to call customer service after reading horrible reviews on the company, was on hold for 20 minutes before I was hung up on. Called back and used the prompt "to place an order " of which was quickly answered, I was informed by the representative that the order I had placed was with a fraudulent company. I explained that said fraudulent company was listing this company's phone number as a contact number. They said they were aware of it. I find it very unfortunate that a scam like this affecting so many clients continues to exist especially during the holiday season when money is tight and gifts are not received.

I entered in to by browser NFLshop.com and when I clicked on the product I was redirected to officallynflstores.com. The site has all of the logo information including the NFLPA logo in the bottom left corner of the site. It turns out that the site is linked to trend group out of China and they took additional funds over and above the amount approved. NFLshop.com denies any knowledge of the hack and refuses to help with customer restitution.

This is not a real site. They pretend to take your order and take your money. I have tried repeatedly to contact them and they don't return emails and the phone number is fake.

Website posing as NFLSHOP.com and officialfootballonline.com offering very inexpensive "Authentic" NFL Jerseys for as low as $29.99 plus $18.00 shipping. Ordered a jersey on 11/26, never received it. When I tried to contact customer service to inquire about my order, I was asked to enter an e-mail address to access my account. When I did, I was told there was "No Account under that e-mail". No phone number to contact them either. After reading online abut other people being scammed, I investigated their site links as much as I could, and determined their FAQ page has numerous spelling and grammatical errors, that are typical of any scam. Should have trusted my instincts in that "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is".
