Found this company when looking for a dog item. This company offered the best price (too good to be true) and also offered good deals on other items I normally buy elsewhere. I placed an order. 1st it would not accept my Discover Card. After multiple attempts I placed a new order, using my Mastercard and it went through. My order confirmation went to my spam folder. The order listed as "pending" never moved forward. Trying to call the company resulted in message "unable to take calls at this time" repeatedly over 2 days. No response to emails. Finally, I canceled the order payed for with Mastercard. The 1st order (Discover card attempt) was impossible to cancel and I received multiple messages (spam folder) offering me 20% off if I placed it. After 4 days my Mastercard was charged for "electronics" out of Lima, Peru. I was able to stop payment with the Mastercard issuer.

Never shipped item

I ordered a chicken pop-up brooder on Feb 23, 2025 and never received it. The website shows it has not been shipped and they will not answer my request for a refund. They claim to sell everything for pets cheaper than most sites. I believe it is a scam.

When online shopping, company pops up with good deal for needed item. It said they were a US business out of Oakland. They first responded promptly reassuring they were legit. No phone number and only a way to write them a note on website. They supplied tracking info that showed item coming from China. We waited for weeks as instructed and followed tracking. Said delivered but never came. They now are completely unresponsive when we told them and reported to credit card to dispute.
