This person misrepresented themselves as being from NYSEG, my mother's utility company. They did not call from any company line, it was a personal cell phone number. They refused to answer any other questions and attempted to get me to give them credit card information in order to pay for some new bill deduction. When I refused and told this man I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as a scam number, he told me, and I quote,  inappropriate language and hung up.
