I ordered Neurocept and began having unpleasant side effects. I have called two different numbers and emailed two different addresses and have not received any response. I just want to return my bottles and get a refund. They state that there’s a 60 day return window which I’m within.

I agreed to an order and was billed for more than was stated and they added a second order for more product. at a higher price. I never received any email confirmations for either order but did receive 2 deliveries and discovered charges on my credit card had gone thru.

I have been trying to get help with how to return both for a refund. I did find a site online that had return instructions that has since disappeared.

I found a phone number, but I get redirected to a 3rd party out of the US that lied and told me I gave them a wrong email.

Been working not this since I discovered I had been billed on my credit card and received 2 order by mail late December.

Also found same product IS available thru Amazon for 1/10th the cost but is non refundable.

This is most certainly all a fraud operation.

ad says product made from himalayan honey and cadium chloride. bottle lists vitamin b1,b6 and b12. nowhere does it say anything about the h. honey or c. chloride. is ai. generated with dr sanjay gupta advertising the product but he denies ever indorsing the product. this is a ripoff, dont be deceived. im out 294 dollars!

Ordered a product from this company and charged to my credit card then I returned for full credit with the instructions they gave me to the company in Aurora CO. With usps proof of delivery the credit card company Concora credit Indigo did not give me credit was told the company never received even though I have proof it was returned so I’m out $294.00 have made many attempts to resolve this with nothing done

I watched a very long video about this product neurosept. A CNN reporter was delivering the information as if he had found this new product and had used it on his patients. He was expressing his scientific opinion that this was a new and improved medication for Alzheimer's that used a special honey from a distant country. He delivered data that caught my eye. I recognized him immediately from CNN as a researcher and medical reporter. I've forgotten his name. Two days later, I began looking for info on Google about the product and saw info that helped me to determine it was a scam. I've received a package that appears to contain six bottles from the address I listed above. I have not opened the package and will contact my credit card company about the fraud.
