I placed an order off a Facebook add in December and it never came, when i told then they said they would reship my order when again using a vague tracking photo they insisted it was delivered with an exact time so i pulled my surveillance video at the time it was to have been delivered and even show the streets view within the hour showing both neighbors in view. They then said they would refund me, when I asked for proof to show my credit card company the only proof was a jpg saying refund successfully but no account info or my name. Three more times i request the account showing my name and order being refunded only to get the same email. I saved all interactions and will file a dispute with Robinhood credit card company.
