On 1/15/26 on a social media website, I purchased 9 bottles of pills marketed for brain health under the name "Neurocept" for $450. Around 1/20/26, the product was delivered but the main ingredient which was supposed to be an exotic honey was replaced with caffeine. I found the exact medication containing caffeine that I received in the mail available on Amazon for less than $100. It was also labeled Neurocept. It isn't the product I was promised online and it is definately cheaper ingredients. When I call, I just get a recording but when I called the order option they picked up. They said they couldn't help me as they only take orders.
