I ordered a lounge chair from this company. I received an email saying that payment was accepted with a reference number but received no order number. The website says it ships within 3 business days, but I never got a shipping confirmation either. I attempted to reach out to them via the email they included in the email stating that payment was received with no response. I went to the website and attempted to dispute the order and ask for a refund but when I got to the last page to click 'next' it never went further and I was unable to complete that dispute. I again attempted an email with the email address listed on the website and it was kicked back to me as undeliverable. I then reported it to my credit card company to reverse the charge. I ordered this item on May 3rd, 2025.
