Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

SCAMMERS DO NOT PURCHASE

I purchased 4 pairs of jeans from MOCO. I never received my jeans and they are giving me the run a round. Saying I have been reimbursed. It’s been 3 months. I keep getting emails from them saying refund processed, I have never received. Buyers beware and my lesson is learned

Type of a scam Online Purchase

The scammer used a well known (to me) boutique’s name (MOCO Boutique) but put an apostrophe after MOCO ex: “MOCO’s Boutique”. The website was exact with all of their images (models included) and items but they were claiming to be having a huge flash sale. I did not notice the ‘s until right after I checked out because the final page of my confirmed order seemed off. I immediately contacted the email (no other information is given on my confirmation email) and they gave me the run around about not being able to cancel because they value getting orders out as soon as they are placed. Because it was only $22.55 I decided to just wait and see if the package would arrive. One month and a few days later the tracking information says it’s delivered, but I’m 100% sure it was not. I then went back to my confirmation email and tried to click through the order details and it sent me to a page that said “Sorry order not found”. I went to the link in the same email that said “view our store” and that too has changed. It no longer imitates the boutique listed above but now has a completely new look. It now has the name Nautpolicyly as the boutique name and all the clothes and models are different. I then contacted the email one more time to see if they would issue a refund and they told me they would resend the package at no charge to me. I have not responded because I already know it’s not going to resolve. I’m also not interested in a refund now as giving my credit card information again to them does not seem like a good idea. So I will count it as a lesson learned.
