These people supposidly located in florida, pretended to be with Turbo tax as a affilate. They were so nice and helpful. In reality they were using our info for possible idnetity theft. They were rude once we caught them in lie and even got a fake manager. All the locations they told us was vacant. They are using a business name thats based in NYC and ruining they're name also turbo taxs name. They need to be stopped. The one who did taxes is still trying to submit our taxes. We told him we got a hold of IRS, our bank, BBB, and every other place we can to stop these people. They are praying on people who need this money. Do not fall for this fake company they are not real. They even made a fake profile on authorization efile providers search on irs website. They took have our I.d numbers, social security numbers, our faces, bank account numbers and routing numbers. Our address. Its scary but we took action to help others. They need to be shut down
