Type of a scam Online Purchase
On July 15, I processed a payment of $13,665.50 via ACH transfer through the Melio platform to purchase products including Body Wash, Body Lotion, Lemonade, and Ziplock Bags for resale on Amazon. The payment was made to Community Federal Savings Bank, located at 30 W 26th Street, Sixth Floor, New York, NY 10010. The account title is HOBO WOLD LLC, with account number 822000620921, ACH routing number 026073150, and SWIFT code CMFGUS33.
Despite receiving an invoice and making the payment, Nation Distribution ceased all communication. I have attempted to contact them multiple times by phone and email, without success.
I also arranged for the products to be picked up at the address provided by Nation Distribution. However, when the carrier arrived, the location turned out to be in a remote area and not a legitimate business site.
Additionally, I was never provided with a formal contract. Since the payment was processed, I have received no further communication or delivery of the goods. I have the invoices and payment confirmation as evidence of this transaction.
I respectfully request that an investigation be conducted and appropriate legal action taken against Nation Distribution.
