Sophia Marshall with National Process Service, called from 303.274.3666, but said to call 877.927.0868. Sounds like a real person then certain computerized voices give the reference number 922067 for non-compliance and the number to call, saying this complaint can move forward legally without response in 1 to 2 business days. Says consider yourself notified. Sounds like she is laughing when the computer stops and it comes back to her.

S&S mediation or SS Mediation

They’ve called left a voicemail stating that a legal courier is coming to serve me at my home and if I am not home they will come to my place of employment. When I spoke to them and asked for a bill they send a fake document through rightsignature.com. That’s when I realized, the email used to create that document was a gmail email. Instantly I knew this was a scam.

I received two messages in a row on my cell phone from National Process Service. Phone number 844-936-3218. It was an actual person. She would be coming here to serve papers on Friday. Have a mask available because of the pandemic. I few months ago I got a call from this person. I sent up a payment plan. They already had my Social Security number and my personal information. I gave my debit card number out over the phone. About $800 was taken out of my account. They said it was for an old payday loan. I did ask for documents and they refused. They also would not give me their address.
