I was scammed from Mario Garcia! Stay away from him

Hello, In 2022 I was doing a lease to purchase for a home through Mario Garcia. I paid $17K for the down payment on the home to Mario. 3 weeks before move in the homeowner backs out on the deal because he doesn’t trust Mario. Fine, I ask Mario for my money back and he refuses. I pay $5000 to retain a lawyer and now I have to pay $7000 to start court proceedings and much more as we go through litigation. I started a go fund to me raise money for the lawyer fees. Please feel free to donate. Any donations would be helpful. Mario is a fraud! Please google National Lease purchase and Orange box project . He has changed this company name several times. It appears he changes it and the website name every time the victims get hot on his trail. He is a career criminal. Please feel free to reach out to me if you’re a victim. Let’s get justice.

Your story sounds strikingly similar to mine. In February of 2023, I wired Mario’s company $10,000.00 as “earnest money” for a lease to own property that the seller chose to back out of about 3 weeks before I’m supposed to move across country to move in. I have emails from the seller telling me he thinks Mario is a fraud.) I asked Mario for my earnest money back but he kept making excuses as to why he couldn’t return it. I had already sold my house and had to get a storage unit to keep my belongings until I could find a new home. I paid $20,000.00 to get into another house, among other expenses that were the result of Mario’s refusal to return my money. I have not fully recovered from it. I would like to get together with all his victims and start a lawsuit against him because it isn’t right. He has made promises to repay me, has asked me to request payment through Zelle, but when I do, he doesn’t send the funds. I’m tired of waiting for my money and want to stop him before he victimizes more people. I’m so sorry you went through that experience. I pray you get all your money back.
