National Health & Safety Association Reports & Reviews (1)

- Livonia, MI, USA • May 13, 2025

The National Health & Safety Association (NHSA) and its subsidiary company, CPR.io, are fraudulent companies. They appear to be based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA, based on the information found on their Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions pages within the website (https://www.CPR.io). The NHSA is a fraudulent company with no official website, only a LinkedIn page (https://www.linkedin.com/company/cprio) that lists one employee (whose page is set to private). The CPR trainings are listed as being NHSA Accredited, which is not a valid medical association accreditation. I am an employee of The American Heart Association, and AHA does not authorize this fraudulent company to utilize our education materials for fraudulent services. We have had community members reach out to us stating their money was stolen by this company and that no employer will recognize the CPR training card they were provided. Please investigate this company for fraud and put an end to the scams.
