I received a letter in the mail saying I was prequalified to refinance my auto loan. I reached out to the company spoke with a person name Jovanny gave him my information that’s was requested which was the first 5 numbers of my social security number. I was told he will reach back out to me in 2 hours. I didn’t get a call. I reached out to this company any I’ve been getting hung up on, my calls being redirected to other company numbers. I’ve been hung up on, I’ve been out on hold for long periods of time. I’ve pretty much been getting the run around with this so called company
