Looks Legit…..But

This place is not legit. I ordered 4 room caps for my Mercedes on Aug 3rd. The tracking info they provided still says that the USPS (in IL…I’m in OH) is awaiting the package. When I contact them, they say it is still in customs. It doesn’t take that long to get through customs. The website says they are in Delaware. I have ask for a refund, so we shall see. Be careful!

Hi there, can you advise did you received a product or service from Natalex team (did they sent replacement or refund for you)?

What I mean is, there are different reviews here, but they’re all about the shipping process. There are very few reviews about the product received or the service completed. Also, the way the review form is set up on the website makes you question the authenticity of the reviews. I’ve ordered from Natalex before, and their communication was fast, they always responded appropriately, and the delivery was quick

Never Shipped But Provided Fake Tracking Number

Ordered from Natalex Auto for an trunk emblem. They provided a fake tracking number to McDougal, GA. When I contacted them, they stated it was an international order coming from China, yet they are in Delaware. Then they canceled the order because I said I didn't like their shipping terms.

I found some srt8 emblems for my charger and I ordered them and it took the money from my cashapp but it never sent me a confirmation in email or anything, it just say thank you for your order, your order is confirmed on the screen which I screen shotted, and also it gave me a order number but when I type in my order number in their package tracker in their site it says nothing found and when I call their support number it says “ this number is no longer in service”.

Don’t listen to people claiming they are a scam.

I order two GLI emblems both came in a timely manner considering the distance. About two weeks. Emblems were of superior quality compared to the OE emblems I removed. It’s really not fair to flat out call them a scam. Issues with the mail happen all the time, it’s not a reflection of the business.

Its a scam! They send tracking information and offer updated tracking info, and it is not legit. When it stops providing updates, they will say it got lost so they want you to purchase again. Don't do it! You will not receive your product.

That’s awful. I’m experiencing an issues with them now and I’m a new customer. Such bad business. I did contact my bank who informed me that they are monitoring all activity on my account and will trace any scams. So I feel safe with my bank. But I’ve emailed them, call by phone and no one contacts me.

Lost in the mail!

Placed an order for some wheel caps on 10/14/2021. received the package from natalex on 11/4/2021. 20 days... not great but ok, if i had received what i ordered!
when i contacted them of the issue they indicated they'd send me another package with the correct caps. it's now 1/2/2022, still haven't received them. i've now asked for a refund. we'll see if they're capable of doing that...

I placed an order for some car decals June 9, 2020. It’s been over two months and I haven’t received my order. I can’t find a phone number to call them. I hav emailed them four times asking for a refund and they say that they have already sent it out and once I receive my order and send it back I can get a refund. I don’t think I will ever get it to return. They keep sending me a bunch of places on a tracking number that gets close to my house then starts to go way from my home. I live in **. it showed it was close then the next time it said it was headed to Pennsylvania way far from my house. I think it’s a scam. I should have reviewed before ordering.
