While using the TicToc application, the seller advertisement communicated the sale for the "Men's Cosplay Christmas Tree Pattern Ugly Sweater." I purchased the Sweater, style Red/3XL, quantity 1, product amount total 51.38 USD. On December 18, 2025, I received an order shipped confirmation email from email address ([email protected]). On February 24, 2026, I sent a email message to ([email protected]) to request an update on my order, that I had not received. On March 3, 2026, I sent a second email requesting an update on my purchase, and advised if I did not receive a response, I would notify the Better Business Bureau. On March 4, 2026 I received an email response advising me my Package was lost during transit. I requested a refund for the amount of purchase. As of March 13, 2026, I have not received any additional update, nor my refund for $51.38.
