I purchased a kingpin tv k4 box at the Tulsa Home and Garden Show on 3-10-2018 from a kingpin representative for $329.00. The box never worked as described. I tried numerous times to contact these people and when I was able to speak with someone via messenger, they were extremely rude and used profanity.They discontinued my service after less than six months unless I subscribe to their new Connect service at $20.00 per month. William Hunter is the name of the person who was rude and used profanity as well as a person Called/Named Kiwi. So what I did was wait until the 2019 Tulsa Home and Garden Show returned, which was 3-7,10 2019. At that point I took my box and receipt to the Home and Garden Show because I figured they may be there again. Sure enough, they were. But this time they are going by the name Mytvapp.com. Selling the same kingpin boxes as before based out of the same location in San Antonio, TX. I confronted a man at their booth named Victor. He was all apologetic and told me he would have my service reconnected for six months and that it would be done in an hour or so. All he had to do was call Kiwi with my information, which I gave him. Well here it is 3 days later no service, no response, no nothing. This company is rIpping people off right and left and should be shut down. They are no longer going by Kingpin tv but are using mytvapp.com as their business platform. Their website is www.mytvapp.com. Email that was provided is [email protected] and phone # is 1-210-610-0000.
