Ordered product but coulden’t get product to work so I cancelled the same day or the day after. Product advertised 30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied. Called the company (?) four times in two months but still haven’t received the refund. Not getting anywhere with customer service. They tell me the refund has been issued but has not been received.by me. Getting the run-around with no results. Zendesk is also involved. Also DDI utilities.

In calling the company, they will NOT reveal their address.  The recording is in French and customer service reps have very strong French accents, so I figured it was in Canada. The rep finally revealed they are in Montreal, Canada but said they are "not authorized to give that out." I said "why would a person do business with them not knowing where they are located?" She said "you can always call us and we'll help you out that way."  Total scam. Not transparent.
