They had me pay for half of a paper, their website says they guarantee refunds if the assignment is not completed by the deadline. Then they send you an encrypted version of a fake document that does not meet the requirements submitted and say they will make revisions, but you must submit the second half of the payment.
We went through this process 4 times, each time telling me that they would get a new writer to complete the assignment following the instructions.
Each time, they submitted the so-called-revision AFTER the deadline and each revision either had no changes, or did not follow the instructions provided. This went on for 10 days of back and forth, they say they will provide "unlimited FREE revisions," but then limit that to 14 days and require more money....
They are refusing to give a refund or complete the work without additional payment. They are lying saying the paper is done & they send me a fake file that they CLAIM is encrypted as 'proof' they have completed it, however, they forgot to encrypt the fake file and what they have sent me is proof that the assignment has NOT been completed. They continually say, they will fix it IF I pay the second half of the payment (then they will revise it, as many times as I want... but the "unlimited free revisions" are useless, limited to 14 days, and however, it is already past the deadline AND they have 'revised it' 3x already w/o making any progress towards following instructions.
There are 4 days left and it has become undeniable that they are not meeting any of their guarantees and are refusing to give me a refund despite the fact that my situation meets requirements in their written refund policy. Now, instead of refunding me my money, they are demanding I submit additional payment despite not providing me with the product I paid for.
attached is the 4th so-called-revision which is now more than a week past the deadline:
If you look at the so-called complete version that is NOT encrypted.
You can see:
1. it does not answer any of the questions or provide any of the information requested
2. it is not coherent and is simply random information that is irrelevant to the assignment
3. there are 2,250 words and not 2,400
4. 100 of those words are the same paragraph twice
5. 1,649 of the 2250 words are bullet-pointed nonsense
6. That leaves 601 words that have nothing to do with the assignment
Shall I keep going?
I went through the instructions line-by-line and the fake document provided LITERALLY does not
address even one single part of the instructions
