Received blue postcard requesting call with urgent response needed within a week. Postcard read: IMPORTANT NOTICE: RESPONSE NEEDED BY APRIL 24TH, 2026. This notice is regarding your current mortgage recorded on October 06, 2020. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 833-382-7312 as soon as possible. (in small print: All information provided by Mortgage Service Group, LLC 877-899-1809. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by your current lender)

A blue postcard from Mortgage Service Group, LLC with my name, bank I received a mortgage through, my address and supposed mortgage ID came in the mail. It claimed "Important Notice: Response Needed" on the top and "time sensitive" in the body and to call the number the number 844-543-9870. In the fine print on the bottom it states, "All information provided by Mortgage Service Group, LLC, 877-899-1809. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by (my lending banks name)."

There is no company logo or trademarked name on the top or in an obvious place to legitimize the postcard beyond the reference to the lending bank.
