Charges appeared next day from "Passportexpress" Abuquerque NM. I went through this website to renew my US passport. I then went to the official government website and did it too. I was within the written return policy for "My passport center" and I just keep getting an automated e-mail that says someone will get back to me in 24 hours. They don't. Money has not been returned and it's been over 5 weeks. I've sent all my documentation. I've asked them to escalate my case. There's no phone number to call. Passportexpress.com is a website that can't even be reached.
