This company is responsible for having an item sent to my home that I did not order but was paid for with my credit card. When trying to rectify the situation, they did not provide an order number or tracking number saying the item was sent. They claim the order was delivered to my home on or around December 5 via FedEx. This NEVER happened. If the item was sent to me I would have sent it back since I did not order anything. They are insisting that I ordered this item but I never received anything and should not be held responsible for something I am not aware of nor do I need or want.
