This scam website sells hats with pictures of namebrand hats and details that do not match the extreme low quality hats I received when making a purchase and when trying to return the items it’s imposible the support team doesn’t want to tell you how to return the items instead they off to give me a 50 % discount on items that do not have value to me because of the low quality items I received

A online company representing themselves with name brand hats. When the confirmation for my purchase stated it could take as long as 30 days I attempted to cancel the order. Myhathaven stated the order was being expedited and could not stop the process. All that is untrue. I then began looking into complaints and discovered I was probably decieved as others had been. The hat arrived 2 months later, and it was not what was represented. I may as well have taken a lighter to my money, as the outcome would be the same.

The website looks professional, and the hat is actually a Goorin Bro Hat, by the symbol on the band. I should have gone straight through Goorin. I purchase the hat as a birthday gift to myself on June 10th, and the website provides an arrival date of 9 - 13 days after purchase, so the hat should have arrived on June 19th through 23rd. I received a confirmation number and a tracking number, but as I kept checking the tracking, though I received a message that a shipping label was created in Nashville, TN, the hat was never delivered to USPS for shipping. I've since emailed '[email protected]' and was told it was on its' way, but no... I have filed a complaint with PayPal and they are investigating it. I received a temporary refund, but if I PayPal may take the money back if they do not favor my complaint. I may have to chalk this up as a loss. I should have googled the company first. The price looked right for something immediately affordable, and I got suckered.

Selected two hats from website my hat haven.com. Paid for hats online from website and was given an initial delivery date in late December. Items were delivered about three weeks later with a delivery label posted from China. Both hats that were received were of poorest quality and nothing like the photos That were shown when both hats were selected. Also ordered both hats in size 6 7/8 and the hats that arrived in the mail were size 8 again wrong hats wrong sizes attempted to contact their support team and they only offered 15% back to me, which is ridiculous When they say there’s a 30 day moneyback guarantee. Very upsetting and their business website one also cannot leave reviews, but apparently they scammed a lot of other customers with goods purchased on their website.

We placed an order for 2 hats. It took longer than expected. When the box arrived it was smashed. We opened it up and the hats looked like a 5 year old made them. They were not what the picture described. We reached out via email as it says in the return policy within 30 days of purchase. They use whatsapp which we do not have so we emailed them. Sent them photos and told them we want a refund which it says we can get a full refund in the 30 daya of purchase if we emailed them, which we did. They are toying with us and now counter offering discounts instead of actually refunding us. We use a payment program called zip which we also reached out to but they have no control of the payments bc they already paid myhathaven. Now we are getting close to 30 days and still no solution!

False product advertising on website. Products delivered a month later were cheaply made and nowhere near the quality advertised. This website uses legitimate US manufacturers website photos to describe what they are selling. The products are fake cheap counterfeits. The website should be flagged and banned in the US

The myhathaven website poses as a seller of supposed hand crafted quality hats but sells cheap imitations from china of the products listed on the website. The materials claimed to be used for the hats were false, the size specifications were false and they are making it as difficult as possible to return the items and receive a refund despite having quick and easy returns listed multiple places on the site.
