This site is fraudulent, refused to allow me to cancel my order, then when I was adamant about cancelling, wanted to charge me a fee to cancel. They were late due to processing, and I no longer wanted the purchase, but they refused to give me a refund!

I have contacted this company multiple times about wigs received were not expected. I contacted their customer service and they requested pictures.I sent the pictures back and they don’t respond anymore after that. I see similar people with same experience.as me. Stay AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET A BAD QUALITY WIG! Do not pay attention to the advertising YouTube videos. You will not get that!

I have contacted this company multiple times about wigs received were not expected. I contacted their customer service and they requested pictures.I sent the pictures back and they don’t respond anymore after that. I was asking for an exchange initially but they seem to refuse to communicate with me any longer. I spent a little less than $400, and to get no response from a company that claims great customer service and a exchange/refund upon displeased retreaval is insane. If someone is considering this company, please reconsider an American or at least non-Chinese company that can be held to our standards.
