With My dream kitten cattery I signed a sales contract agreement to receive an 11-week-old kitten. The payment I made was through Zelle for the kitten and shipping. $750. The Pets relocation service they use - Starlight pets' relocation, their job to safely transport my kitten to my home. They called me stating that my kitten was not able to board the flight if I did not pay for a proper shipping create, costing $1,500, which would be reimbursed to me once delivery of kitten was made. I sent Zelle payment to them. I did not receive my kitten, and they will not answer my calls, texts, and emails. They also tried to get me to pay for vaccines to board the flight, another cost of $1999. I refused to pay.
