Received a fraudulent, misleading advertising carefully disguised as an invoice from this company for "annual domain services," although buried within the fine print the company discloses it doesn't provide "domain services." This company targeted several client firms in attempt to extort money with the false warnings and misinformation, such as, "GoDaddy.com, LLC indicates if recently hosted malware, viruses, or C2 activity." NOTE: None of the targeted client firm domain names are registered with GoDaddy and none have any history of malware, viruses, etc. I'm attaching a scanned copy of the bogus invoice sent to my firm. Other target companies include **** ****** ***., ***** ****** ***., and ***** * ****.

They sent what looks like an invoice. Only in the fine print does it say "this is not a bill".

It's been a 3rd year in a row this scammer business is trying to send us fishing invoice for non-existing internet web-service, pretending they represent our hosting provider (GoDaddy). It looks like a legitimate business invoice and even has our correct IP and web address in this fake invoice. I can just imagine how many other businesses got scammed like that and their accountants paid these fake invoices. Request to ScamPulse.com team: please alert appropriate authorities on shutting them down and prosecuting to avoid other people/companies become their victims. We almost paid it last year and it would be a very unfortunate experience to get these money back, unless maybe reporting it as a scam to our bank. We've seen other reports on ScamPulse.com about this company, but if they're still in business, it's a shame noone took any further steps to stop them from scamming other small business like ours. Beware and be diligent on stopping these shameless scammers!

This is a business sending an invoice for domain protection services. It looks like an invoice. Had I not opened this our accounts payable person would have likely paid this. It is obvious fraud. I'm sure other companies have fallen victim to this, especially ones that are larger and are not able to review the purpose of every invoice sent.
