They charged my credit card in June. It's July now and still no news about shipping. I have written to them several times as well as left voicemails but no one has ever responded to either. My order confirmation says it can take upto two weeks for them to process but now its even past that.

I order My Beach shoes late December, it is now nearly March and I still have not received them after many many attempts at contacting them with absolutely no response in respect to the order. Do not order from this company, disgusting customer service, they take your money and run.

The same exact thing happened to me. No response to any emails. Phone # does not work. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

My Beach Shoes offers many items on their website. I purchased 2 pair of Comfy Pillow Slides at $19.99 each. Took many months to arrive and when they did, they fit more like size 11 than size 9. I have tried many times to contact the company at suggested email, to no avail. The phone number does not work. Found another one of their websites-Simebra-same suggested email, no response to my questions. Save your money and frustration-shop else where. These are the company's suggested contacts for customer [email protected], [email protected], 8082074759, no response to my questions. I guess I'll donate slip-ons to someone in need, so it won't be a total loss.
