The website advertise having a popular book bag and suggest that it is based in California but it’s not. I got this poppy bag when I ordered another bag. This bag is no where on the website. And the company doesn’t not have a working phone number. And refusing to give me my full refund. I offered to ship the item myself because the business claims to not provide shipping labels because they are international. The story went from the warehouse made an error to the item is unavailable. All I want is my money back and for this company to advertise their real Merchandise.

I purchased a Sprayground backpack on August 23, 2022

What came in the mail was a kids back pack that looks nothing like the bag I purchased on their website. I looked at their policies on the bottom and even the FAQ’s. It looked trustworthy to me so I purchased. They immediately sent me a confirmation email like any business would do, telling me what company it would say on the bank statement. They charged me $10 for shipping along with $70 for the bag. After I realized the shipping process was taking longer that normal businesses, I contacted them. They told me to it takes a certain amount of business days. I understood that but when I buy from other website shipping is much faster. I received the exact opposite of what I ordered. I want them held to the fullest extent.
