I ordered a rug by mistake on line. I contacted the company by phone to cancel and was offered a discount. I accepted. The rug was ordered on Nov. 29. There was a tracking number and according to tracking the package made it to Grand Prairie, Texas on Dec.5 on route to delivery site in Aransas Pass, Texas. There was no other progress. I spoke with the carrier by email and all I got was that it was in transit. I spoke with USPS and they never received it. I contacted Muddy Mat by phone and was told it was in transit and to track it by tracking number which says "invalid" when I do that. I emailed Muddy Mat multiple times and got the same response. I tried calling again multiple times and was on hold 20 to 50 minutes before I finally hung up. With no response by the company there has been no resolution.
