They locked down my pc and showed a phone number to call in order to reach Microsoft help centre. they then request a remote session on your pc to remove the virus that they put into it. Claiming it came through the www. they talk about Best Buy being sued for scamming customers and that they shut down I Yogi in a law suit and now are going after Best Buy. They then offer you a better tech support and virus protection. It will be in three or four different terms. 1 yr ,3 yr , 5 yr and of course lifetime for $565.00 that is transferable to another PC, They were asked several times about who they were and the response was Microsoft. I paid them through my bmo account and by transfer while under their remote control. How can I ever get my money back ? They also told me that the reason Mac pc do not get a virus is because of the cost and they have a built in system to prevent it , that is why they are so expensive. Microsoft has now decided to offer protection . They are liars and cheats.

An emergency virus pop up on Mac stating call number to get virus off. Remote access computer and charge 149 or 300 dollars depending on coverage you choose. Get on act like doing something then say completed.
