There was a page on Facebook about moving mobile homes. I contacted them and they had said they was able to move it for 4500 but needed money down. Would not take any other form or payment, only cashapp, apple pay or bitcoin. Paid down payment and then proceeded to need more funds for various of other things containing to moving the home. When i asked for my refund they blocked me from messages and also from the facebook page.ansport,

He has done the same thing to my sister. He/they were supposed to be out at the property to move the manufactured home today & never showed. She called & called before he answered & he gave her a story about being stuck in traffic & would be there in an hour. An hour came & went & he/they never showed. What a [censored]e!

I want to share a horrible and unprofessional experience that I had with a FNF
Transport moving company and Big D’s Moving Solutions on Wednesday July 19, 2023
FNF Transport contacted me saying that they could help me move boxes of household
items and clothes items out of my Airbnb into my primary residence for $110 an hour
per man with a two-hour minimum. (Approx cost $270). I booked him about five days
before my scheduled move and he assured me that he will be cheaper than A Better
Way Movers which is the organization that I usually use. Carlos who was my main
contact, called me the day of our move, and said that he is very conscious of time and
he will be there at least an hour early. My scheduled time was 12:00pm. I did not see
him at 11am nor 12 o'clock. I called at 1pm and he stated that he had a driver named
Dominique and he would be on the way. I called this new driver around
2pm and said that he was in Lawrenceville. I tried several times to call Carlos but
got no response. I did call Dominique again and he said would be at my house at
4:30pm. He finally did show up at 5:00pm with an extra person and a U-Haul truck.
Against my better judgement, I let them move my items. Dominique
never stated he was a sub-contractor of FNF Transport. I tried to call Carlos again to
confirm this and never got an answer. So finally, I let him, and his co-worker get to work.
His partner was wonderful, but Dominique didn't do much. He was on the phone most of
the time. We went over to my residence to drop off all the items. After they were done,
he tells me that he gets the $270 because he doesn't have anything to do with FNF
Transport. It's his company Big D’s Moving Solutions and he gets the payment. I didn’t
understand this and began to dispute the late arrival time and switch of companies. So,
I told him that I was not going to pay him because he is not the company that I hired.
He stated that not paying him is a misdemeanor and stealing rendered services. I totally
disagreed with him and said my issue was with FNF Transport and not him. He didn’t
listen and he called the Peachtree City Police to have me arrested. I was in shock! They
were 5 hours late and they were not the company I hired! He didn’t present himself as a
professional contractor at all. He said to me “Does my truck say FNF Transport?”
Out of anger and wanting to get this situation over with paid him. But the police were already on the way. Once the police came, I told him what happened and asked the police to get them off my property. The officers talked to Dominique and then they left.
I could not believe this experience. And I never heard back from Carlos
with FNF Transport. This is a blatant bait, hook and switch situation. Both parties are
completely unprofessional and they need to have their licenses revoked. This is the worst experience of moving that I ever had, and these movers are crooks. I expect the Better Business Bureau as well as the State of GA to do something about both of these businesses.
If you are even thinking about using either one of these companies, BE WARNED -
FNF Transport or Big D’s Moving Solutions are going to rip you off and treated.
with no respect nor professional decorum.

I asked for a quote to move. He told me 1100. Then asked for a deposit. I sent 600 through Venmo. He asked for more money and I asked to cancel my deposit and he refused saying it was non redundable. He stated that it was a non refundable deposit. I told him that he never told me that it qas non refundable. What business owner askes there customers for money?

They used a Facebook AD. I reversed image the piano pictures and found them on a site in Indiana. Seemed legit at first but after some research found it.

- Champaign, IL, USA

My husband were planning a move from Vallejo, CA to Champaign, IL to take place May 31st and at the end of April, began looking for movers. We found American Movers Direct online and they quoted us $1900 for the full move. 3 days before our move, they called us and fabricated a sense of stress and urgency by telling us the truck they had booked was not big enough to take our belongings, and we could only move forward with the move if they booked us a new truck for $5100. We were shocked but in good faith, we paid the money. The movers showed up on May 30th instead of May 31st, and at this point we learned that American Movers Direct falsely represented themselves as movers when they were actually brokers. They subcontracted Best Moving Van Lines, which has horrible reviews and several reports of theft and broken items, who charged us an additional $2300. Best Moving Van Lines verbally agreed to deliver our things by noon June 3rd in Illinois - but when my husband and I got to IL, the movers did not show up. At this point, American Movers Direct began ignoring our calls and later told us that they have no update or whereabouts of where our belongings are. We have been thoroughly scammed out of our savings and have been living in an empty home for half a month now and want justice, and our belongings back.

The claim they are brokers or a moving company that will schedule your move. Their USDOT#3848556 MC# 1402034. They send an invoice with all the moving information, but when you attempt to call them to follow up, no one answers the phone.

I needed a refrigerator that I bought off of ebay for $330 to be picked up in South Bend Indiana and shipped to my home in Whittier CA I used a web site named Shiply and they found me a courier named Crktmovers also known has KMNY CRKTZ LLC They picked up my refrigerator on Dec 6th 2022 and $225 which was half of a deposit, they told me it would be delivered in a week but when the delivery day came and left they told me that there truck broke down and was sending another truck to deliver the refrigerator but once again a week went by and I was told that the second truck broke down then after that I was told that the refrigerator was in a storage facility but they would not tell me where now there phone is disconnected and the address that I have is vacant
