I ordered a transfer case assembly from motorgenics I received a order number but never received a tracking number I called 4 times two days after I ordered the item no one answered just one ring then a voicemail and you can’t even leave a message then late that night someone text me asking me how can they help I said I wanted to know when will my item be delivered they asked for my VIN # so they can make sure the part fit to my car I gave VIN # and never received any other contact from them after that I emailed them no email back I called them nothing never received a call nor text after I sent my VIN never received the item either
