Saw advertisement on internet. Said purchase was refundable if not satisfied. Purchased. Item was poorly made. Asked for refund. Jumped through all kinds of hoops. Promised refund then walked back on promise and still no refund. Also they give you 46 days to get a refund and then they drag out the process so that the time will lapse. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They get your information and then sell it.

This company advertised bras, the size chart they use is way off the size we normally use, I tried to tell them, they want me to order a new size for an additional $10.50 or a partial refund of 10% back of the amount paid.

Purchased 2 pairs of Comfy Ease-Women Cargo Capri Lightweight Cropped Pants in Light Blue and Black. When I received I did not like the material, or look of these Pants. I immediately text [email protected] to request a return label and a credit back to my credit card. They required photos of the pants, size and mailing package which was mailed from: TRANS 203 Broadway n Jersey City NJ 073056. I answered them sent the info on June 2, 2026 and have not received any word back on returning these items. The price for the 2 pairs of Cargo pants is $60.07. As of today August 12, 2026 I have not received any answer concerning this matter. It is a disgrace that they can do business in this manner.

I received a bra that was cheaply made, stained, not at all what the advertisement showed. I was charged double what the price was. And returns are impossible. So bad. Do not believe what you see.

I ordered 2 bras from their website and expected to get what I saw in the videos from the site. When I received them, they were see-through, non-supportive, not the same fabric as in the video, (you can tell just by the look and feel), and the straps keep coming undone. I have been in contact with these people for weeks now trying to get a refund or at least an 80% refund for the garbage and fake product they sent me, but they keep telling me that because the size was right, they can only offer for me a 30% refund. This is absolutely unacceptable when they know they are sending fakes to people.

I ordered two bras from this company. The tracking has stated that it is out for delivery since June 20, 2026 and nothing has been delivered (still says "out for delivery"). I contacted them via email on June 23, 2026 and all I received was a generated email message asking to give them 24-48 hours. It has passed that time frame and still not a word from them. I have requested a full refund but no one will respond.
