Received a call from "Kansas State Processing" about a notification of summons received from the attorneys office of Morrison Jacobs. I called the number that was left in the voicemail from the "processing" department and reached the "attorney". The "attorney" said that there was going to be a suit filed against me for a loan taken out back in 2018. I paid the loan when it was due, and have my receipt. I told the "attorney" that I would send it to him and he said "No, you don't send me anything. You call me back by Noon tomorrow and we can keep this out of court."

The two calls I received from "Kansas State Processing" came up as "SPAM risk" on my phone as well.

The voicemail that was left had my home address and full name included. It also included an attempt at the county that I live in, but it "parish" was added to it and that is incorrect.
