I ordered a Chicago White Sox "Pope hat" since they were a hot commodity after they were given away at a White Sox game. They were being sold for over $200 online as I looked for one to buy. I found one on Moonlightstudious.com (I THOUGHT it was Moonlightstudios.com (without the extra *u* in the name) and ordered one with my debit card. I got a confirmation email from them (very friendly) but as time went by (a week or so) I got nothing else (no tracking info, etc) and asked the seller about it. The seller (nguyen thi ca) proceeded to send me excuse after excuse about shipping problems. After 2 weeks, I asked for a refund. I was told by him that he'd be happy to refund my money, but I'd have to go through my bank first, which only added another 2 months of waiting for me. I finally got a refund from BOA which I understand came directly out of his bank account. Victory over evil.
