Report

I ordered a replacement squeegee blade from Cleret. The company charged my credit card and created a USPS shipping label the following day. The item was never shipped out (USPS tracking states it is awaiting item). I reached out to the company 3 times via different methods (online form and text) over the next few weeks to obtain a status update on my order. The company never responded back, even after the third message where I indicated I was going to dispute the charge and report the company. In addition, after I made this purchase my credit card was hacked and I had to cancel my card. I don't know if it is related but at the very least I want to make others aware that this company will take your money, not ship your items, and not respond back to any customer service inquiries.
