Saw the ad on Facebook but went to the website to inquire as I am aware that purchases on Facebook are scams most times. Ordered off of website after inspecting it - apparently not close enough .. on 6/20 .. received notice of shipment on 6/22 .. on/around 7/3 I emailed to inquire where shipment was and thus the back and forth via email began — I have included a screenshot of an email between ‘Sofia’ and I (it only allowed me to send one upload.. I have more ) .. I do not know if this person is real .. I just want a refund at this point and to make everyone else aware of these scam artists.

I ordered a product from them and never received it, then they charged again trying to make it look like I ordered again but never even received the first order.

I order some lip gloss in June, I didn’t realize it was a subscription order so I email the company shortly after and asked them to cancel. They refuse to cancel. I sent them a copy of their cancellation policy per the website and still no cancellation. I’ve made at least 10 requests for cancellation via email with email proof.

I went on the website to purchase some lip gloss about six weeks ago. I have not never received it last updated. July. The 13th stated it was still in transit. I reached out to the company. They were supposed to be tracking the shipment. But in meantime, has attempted to charge my credit card four more times.

I pay for merchandise, I guess it was actually a subscription but I cancelled once I paid and got my merchandise and sent them an email to request a cancellation as stated on their website. They confirmed my email and next thing I know every few days they try to get money from my Apple Pay account. Its sad.

I placed an order on June 21st, it stated it shipped June 22, I never received it, the tracking number never showed movement and now it no longer works. I sent a request by email to cancel the subscription I was unaware of on July 12 and they still charged my card 29.95 on 08/04 plus the original charge of 19.90 for products I have never received.

I placed an order lip serum on 6/16/26. Was forced into to membership. I canceled the membership as soon as I reviewed the order. They never came and they took a membership fee out of my account anyway.

I saw ads for this lipgloss so I went to the website to purchase some products and when I went to track my order it said that they didn’t have an order with that tracking number. I thought it was a glitch at first so I didn’t think much of it first but every time I’ve gone to track my package the same message just keeps popping up, that it doesn’t exist. I also tried to contact them like 5 minutes after I ordered because I accidentally added on another product and so I wanted to remove it but they never got back to me. So I genuinely think they’re just using this as a way to steal people’s information because there’s no other explanation.

Facebook ad took me to limuva.com I purchased product for $24 on 06/18/2026 They tried to sign me up for automatic renewal but I noticed and canceled- but it still took the $24 and said product would be shipped. After two weeks I reached out to their “customer service” [email protected] they apologized, gave me a new tracking number that wasn’t real, said someone would reach out to me and nobody ever did. I attempted to email again with no response.
